Angela Listened to the recording of your WTC1 from Wigmore on Radio 3 on Monday afternoon. Wonderful! Christmas can be hard sometimes, but with a little help from you it can also be joyous. :,-) Merry Christmas & Happy New Year. May it bring you everthing you hope for.

Hello, Angela. I happened to find and listened to your CD at a library not knowing your amazing talents (What a shame of me!), and fell in love with your music immediately. I have one favor to ask you. Please, please publish your arrangements. I would love to play and spread the beauty of your music. Thank you for sharing your wonderful gifts with us all!!!

Luciano - Vicenza

I am listening to your recording of the French Suites this morning, the day after Thanksgiving. Your playing is so magisterial, so beautiful that it is like listening to Bach for the first time again. So special. I hope to see you the next time you visit Minnesota. Come to St Cloud, MN and play for us at St John's University or St Benedict's. There are many classical music lovers here. Thank you for your wonderful music. John in St Cloud, Minnesota

Dear Ms. Hewitt! I attended your concert in Malmö on the 24:th of November and I greatly appreciated your performance. I hope that you enjoyed your stay in Sweden, and that we may have the pleasure of seeing you here again some day!

Hello Angela! I was unfortunately unable to go to your concert at Meany Hall on 15 November, but I heard it was perfectly amazing. Perhaps I shall see you when you come to Seattle again. Keep up your amazing art-it is a true inspiration to many. -Claire

Dear Ms. Hewitt, Your WTC1 concert at Columbia was wonderful, despite the discomfort of the theatre that evening. Your interpretation of the C# minor fugue was sublime, and I had to keep myself from chuckling at the sheer brilliance and good humor of your performance of the fugue in A major. I had never heard such humor in the WTC. A curious thing happened near the end of the magnificent last fugue: An unusually large bug flew over the audience and piano and settled on the wall at the back of the stage. At the very close of the piece, it flew over performer and audience, almost as if the spirit of Bach had come to signify his approval. Thank you for keeping the spirit of Bach alive, Ms. Hewitt.

Angela, I am fascinated by your journal entries on the web site. Your insights into the life of an international concert artist are intriguing. Please keep them coming. I love your Bach Arrangments album and am eagerly anticipating the Couperin CD which I have ordered. Good Luck and Best wishes.

Dear Angela, I came to hear your fabulous performance of Book 1 of Bach's Well Tempered Klavier at the Wigmore Hall last night and have still not returned to Earth. You fed us and transported us to another place as only the greatest music played by the finest musicians can. Nobody has ever played Bach on the piano as wonderfully as you.Thank you so much !! I am thrilled that you are recording some Beethoven sonatas, I would love to hear you in all of them as I know you will make them sing and dance like nobody else. Interestingly , only one woman has ever made a complete studio recording of all Beethoven's sonatas, the great Hungarian, Annie Fischer . Really looking forward to your French chamber recital at the South Bank in April, such a long tiime to wait to hear you again. Still , I have every one of your many records to keep me going !! Love Michael.

Angela Your new Couperin CD arrived this morning, wonderful. I sit here listening, feeling really happy without any of the usual cares and stresses .. well the fact it isn't an unusual reaction to your music making doesn't make it any less special. You have a real gift. Not going to spend a long time trying to describe how it makes me feel. On the one hand I couldn't (there aren't the words and perhaps that's the point), and anyway, anyone reading this will understand what I mean ... Just hope you do, and that your life is full of the joy you give to others
